As pointed out in the leaflet, be patient, heat up in microwave and initially wait for the heat to transfer through the outer jacket. Very effective and highly recommended. A lot easier and safer than the traditional hot water bottle !!!!

Burst on 3rd use and leaked whatever substance is inside on to my babies crib that I was pre warming

Not good put it in microwave for stated time felt no heat from it .

Gives out steady gentle heat,I find it ideal for pains.Nice cover too.
