Complete Satisfaction with This Product
Excellent product ! Enabled me to re-upholster 6 dining room chairs. For all materials, including fabric, my cost was $45-$50 each. A professional shop would have charged me $150 to $200 each. And this was my first time re-upholstering anything... HA. I watched YouTube videos on re-upholstering chairs, got the fabric and padding from Joann's Fabrics, and used the tailgate of my truck for a "workbench." Was almost sorry when the job was completed and would have not a single reservation about doing undertaking a job again. I had a good time learning how the job is done. If you buy this webbing, make SURE you get the stretcher tool... they are about $10 and you just cannot get the webbing tight without the stretching tool.

More like fabric than typical plastic looking lawn chair webbing.
I like the classier look of this webbing. You need to pull it really tight because it does tend to stretch out a wee bit. This made it a bit more difficult to install. However, I am very pleased with the performance and appearance.

Didn’t even make it through the summer. 😞
As you can see in the picture, I rewove the webbing on patio chairs. It was a lot of work, and looked nice, but as pictured, it didn’t last.VERY disappointing.

stretch
Lots of stretch even using max leverage that the frame can handle.

It worked!
The media could not be loaded. I have some metal framed patio furniture that used to have a canvas material sew in, that eventually all seats split and tore due to sun exposure . The first year I tried to use high quality duck tape to temporarily fix them, since the cushions go on top and you never see it. That lasted only about a year, and eventually that started falling apart too. Husband wanted to dump chairs, and I said no, give me one more chance to save them.I know this weave strap material is more for lawn chairs that you use the clips with to put in holes along the bars, but my chairs are different. My plan was to attached it somehow, and weave or wrap it. That’s exactly what I ended up doing, I tried two different ways, end results were both study and strong, and hopefully this lasts longer than my failed duct tape idea. I just knotted it at one end, and tucked the piece between the wraps so it doesn’t hang down to be seen. I pulled as tight as I possibly could, to create as much tension as physically possible for me, which turned out to be a good workout! I got two chairs done and took a break before doing the loveseat. I have plenty of weave leftover. I didn’t use any of the clips so I guess I will donate them to a thrift store.
