Helped with my anxiety

I suffer from anxiety from time to time and these are great. Helping me to stay calm without feeding sleepy. I even uses these in advance if I know I will have stressful situations or meeting and works brilliant.

Kalms play a great part in keeping stress down. Take 2 in the morning and 2 at night! They have been and are very helpful for me.

I was suffering with some anxiety attacks late at night which was preventing me from sleeping. I decided to try these Kalms. I was sceptical at first but was pleasantly surprised that it did take the edge off my anxiety. It certainly wont take it all away but worked enough to relax me and allow me to actually fall asleep. I don't take them all the time but only when I am feeling anxious or having trouble sleeping. They are helpful but not a cure.

Helps with anxiety and sleep for my mam also good value for money will last her a while as they 96 tablets in the tub.
